Taylor&Emmet Boosts Clinical Negligence Team
Sheffield’s Taylor&Emmet LLP is strengthening its clinical negligence team with the appointment of solicitor, Kelly Donaldson.
Kelly, who lives in Chesterfield, joins the leading local law firm to assist clients with a range of issues, from misdiagnosis of illnesses to negligent medical practice.
Having trained at Ashton Morton Slack in Sheffield, where she qualified in 2010, Kelly worked at niche clinical negligence practice, Mintons, in Leeds before accepting the position at Taylor&Emmet. She said:
My new colleagues have been incredibly welcoming and I have already settled in well. I am really enjoying being part of a firm that is so highly regarded by the local community.
James Drydale, Taylor&Emmet’s head of clinical negligence, said:
Kelly has excelled in her first year of practice and is already forging a commendable reputation within the profession. Clinical negligence cases are always sensitive and often complex, but I am confident she will rise to the challenge and become a worthy representative of the firm. I have no doubt Kelly will be a valuable addition to our team and we look forward to working with her.
