Would you like to be a Governor at Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust?
We’re on the lookout for people who care about children’s healthcare in South Yorkshire to become the newest members of our Council of Governors.
The Council meets regularly to discuss issues affecting the Trust and provide advice to the Board of Directors about the priorities and concerns of the people they represent.
Governors also have the opportunity to get involved in a range of activities – in the last year our Governors have visited wards and departments, taken part in cleanliness audits, attended committee meetings, tested a new inpatient food menu, written articles and helped build the new Trust website.
If you are looking for a new challenge, can spare some time on a regular basis and want to make a difference to children’s lives, then becoming a Governor at Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust could be for you.
