Seven Hills Fitness have steadily expanded their portfolio of corporate health and wellbeing services over these past 12 months. One of the most popular classes is the lunchtime Pilates. This is a 20 minutes Pilates session that employees complete in their workwear. It focuses on stretching tight muscles caused by sitting down all morning, and breathing exercises to reduce stress and re focus the individual. Suitable for any employee and guaranteed to improve their physical and mental attainment for the afternoons work.

The company continue to provide many locally based companies with outstanding 45 minute health and exercise sessions before or after work located at the employees place of work. Classes include; boxercise, HIIT, resistance bands, running club, core workout, Pilates, Yoga and the new edition of Zumba.
