Simplyou Coaching: Either You Run The Day, Or The Day Runs You
Wellbeing in the workplace is gaining momentum as more businesses look to support staff to reduce sick days, improve productivity and provide a better working environment.
A 2017 HSE Survey shows that 12.5 million working days were lost due to work-related stress, depression or anxiety in 2016/17. And in the same years stress, depression or anxiety accounted for 40% of all work-related ill health cases and 49% of all working days lost due to ill health.
The Source Centre for Mental Health 2017 stated that the total cost to employers of Mental Health conditions among their staff is estimated at nearly £1400 per employee each year.

Why Is Mindset So Important?
We often become stuck in a way of thinking that isn’t helping us to progress or live the life that we wish.
There are many possible reasons for this; we generally stick with what we know and think how we always have, and we don’t often believe we can achieve what we want so don’t even try.
How I Work
My aim is to help people live happier and healthier lives. I do this by listening, I mean really listening to you! And helping you to uncover and understand what’s happening for you.
And then when you understand more about yourself and where you’re at, we work to add actions for positive change.
We talk about all aspects of your life because they all impact upon each other in one way.
Sessions can be held over the telephone or Skype or we can arrange to meet at a local venue. There’s no set programme or a certain amount of sessions so we continually review as we go. That way the sessions fit your needs.
