Sheffield Chamber Welcomes Two New Members to its Board
Sheffield Chamber of Commerce are delighted to welcome Karen Mosley and James Needham to its Board, which exists to ensure that the Chamber achieves its strategic objectives.
Karen is currently Managing Director of HLM Architects and has joined as Junior Vice President. James Needham, Senior Manufacturing Manager and Site Leader at Boeing, has joined as a Non-Executive Director.
Karen started working with HLM Architects on the Chamber Youth Training Scheme at the age of 17, becoming an equal shareholder in 2004 and Managing Director in 2017. She is responsible for developing and driving HLM’s strategic plans with a passionate focus on people; promoting a culture of inclusivity and providing a great place to work.

James Needham studied Engineering at Sheffield Hallam University and went on to work in machining and advanced manufacturing in the city for over 15 years. He now leads the Boeing company’s first production facility in Europe, right here in Sheffield. James is proud to be leading a modern factory with significant investment from the world’s largest Aerospace company, which employs 80 people including a significant number of apprentices. James is passionate about bringing wealth, jobs and opportunities to apprentice aged people who are passionate about STEM subjects and manufacturing.

I look forward to representing the Sheffield regions manufacturing sector, supporting further corporate investment in the city and championing Apprentice employment.
