Head of Business Development Paul Reeves said: “As an organisation we support the business community on a daily basis and now through our training prospectus we can also help to support underprivileged children in the region.

“We’re using our 150th anniversary as an opportunity to showcase what Sheffield has become as well as what we hope it will be in the future - and children are an important part of that future.”

The Chamber Training Division has redesigned its training prospectus for the 150 celebrations inline with the Chambers rebranded image and has introduced two new sections.

The prospectus includes new Senior Managers and Construction sections that the Chamber is providing in conjunction with new partner organisations.

Sheffield Chamber is widely acknowledged as one of the region’s leading training providers and was ranked number one for training by the British Chambers of Commerce for an unprecedented fifth consecutive year.

“The Senior Management Section includes a range of courses that we hope to expand on in the near future looking at the needs of the business leaders. We have partnered with Chamber Patrons Sheffield Hallam University to ensure the courses are accessible to senior management.

“We now offer well over 250 courses through our prospectus we are always happy to arrange bespoke training for your company from our local and national training contacts.”

The Chamber has also established a relationship with Hawksmere Training, a renowned national and international training provider, through which Chamber members can receive a 30 percent discount on Hawksmere courses.
