BUSINESS solutions experts the Holbrook IT Group has scooped a major award for excellence and helped a top UK software house win its second industry accolade in a year.

Sheffield based Holbrook has again been recognised for its outstanding commitment to new business sales and customer service by Access Accounting, receiving its prestigious Excellence Award at Access’s annual sales conference in Italy.

The award recognises the high quality of employee investment from a sales and service perspective which has helped Access to its second major award success of 2007. The Access Dimensions product won the ‘Mid-range Accounting Software’ category at the prestigious Sift Media Business Software Satisfaction Awards.

As the only independent company in the running, Access beat off Microsoft, Infor, Iris, Exchequer and Pegasus to the title which was based totally on customer opinion.

Earlier this year Access was voted ‘Financial Software Provider of the Year’ by its customers, again beating off competition from other providers including Microsoft, Sage and Pegasus at the Real FD Excellence Awards.
