WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF CORPORATE AVIATION Print E-mail

On the 5th September 2007 Caroline Flint the Minister for Yorkshire and the Humber, formally
opened the National Aviation Academy at Robin Hood Airport. She also extended a warm
welcome to Marshall Aerospace, a global aviation company who will be establishing a significant
business aviation maintenance repair and overhaul operation in partnership with Directions.

The establishment of the Academy and the arrival of Marshall Aerospace brings a whole new
industry to our areas and as such the Chambers of Commerce in the Airport region, led by
Doncaster Chamber, have come together with Directions and Marshalls to offer a series of short
business events.

These business events are aimed to be informative and entertaining and will give a close insight
to this new industry and give an opportunity to network and explore potential business
opportunities.

The first in the series will be ‘An Audience with Marshall Aerospace’ which will be presented by
Allan McGreal, Head of Business Aviation with Marshall Aerospace.
