This course aims to raise awareness
of the likely causes of work-related
stress, will help delegates to
recognise symptoms of stress in
themselves and others and will
explore a variety of coping strategies and
self-help techniques to help to control
stress.

Employers, managers and employees
will benefit, as the course also provides a
good understanding of the responsibilities
imposed under UK legislation and
the practical requirements relating to
stress management in the workplace.

On successful completion, delegates will
be awarded the Chartered Institute of
Environmental Health (CIEH) Foundation
Certificate in Stress Awareness, which is
recognised nationally.
