Description

This course will benefit any person
who handles open or packaged food,
regardless of the type of business.


The course looks at food poisoning and
the law, food contamination, temperature
control, personal hygiene, cleaning and
disinfection and food safety systems.


On completion of the course delegates
will be able to implement good hygiene
practices and controls based on an
awareness of food safety systems.


This RIPH qualification is designed for
all those who are or intend to be food
handlers.
