This course has been designed to give you an understanding of why conflict resolutions and personal safety is a key work place issue.

This course provides participants with the essential knowledge and skills to help them to defuse potentially confrontational situations and to deal with abusive people.

The course will particularly benefit front-line employees who are required to deal with the general public on a regular basis.

Participants will be required to complete a multi-choice examiniation paper at the end of the course and, if successful, will be awarded the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health - Level 2 Award in Conflict Resolution and Personal Safety Certificate, which is recognised nationally.
