Networking after hours is an informal networking opportunity. Without speeches, presentations or exhibitions, these events are designed to allow you to focus entirely on networking with other business people in the region and make new business contacts.

The Sheffield Royal Society for the Blind is a local charity who dedicates there work to helping the blind and visually impaired people of Sheffield. We work with clients of all ages aiding them with the best help and support possible. We are celebrating our 150^th birthday this year and to celebrate we are aiming to raise £150,000.

The Society, originally formed in 1860, is committed to providing support, advice and vital inks with families, education, and leisure and welfare services: to assist the blind and visually impaired people of Sheffield by encouraging wherever possible to lead an independent life.

Sheffield International Venues are proud to announce sponsorship of the Sheffield Chamber of Commerce's ‘Networking After Hours' Events 2010.  

SIV are responsible for delivering world class events ranging from spectacular concerts and televised sports events to some of the countries most esteemed business events conferences and banquets.

Last year SIV injected over £12m into the local business economy through business events alone, and as such a key player in the local business economy SIV recognise the importance of encouraging events such as Networking After Hours, as they allow local business and enterprises to form new alliances with the hope of helping one another to capitalise on the opportunities and strengthen the local business economy further.

SIV look forward to working with the Chamber of Commerce to help promote these events and to also forming their own new relationships with the local business community. We hope to see you there!
