Energy Industry Update
Climate change levy is set to increase considerably in April 2019 by 45% on electricity & 67% on gas (based on 2018 levels) with the abolishment of the Carbon Reduction Commitment Energy Efficiency Scheme (CRC). SME businesses will have to absorb these increases unless they qualify for CCL exemptions. We can advise you on CCL relief & Energy efficiency to mitigate the impact of these increase.
