Cafeology, based at Meersbrook Enterprise Centre in Sheffield, specialise in the supply of exclusively Fairtrade coffee, cocoa, teas, sugar and equipment to the out of home market, which includes caterers, universities, colleges, businesses and restaurants.

The company was formed in 2003 by Bryan Unkles and Andy McClatchey, who have more than 30 years of experience within the professional out of home coffee markets nationally. They supply products to a number of well known companies in the UK including First TransPennine Express, Revolution bars, the Orchid Pub Group and locally to Sheffield College and Abbeydale Sports Club

Cafeology are an ethically sound independent business and are incredibly passionate about producing great tasting Fairtrade products.

Every Cafeology product carries the Fairtrade mark which ensures that they make a difference to the farmers whose crops they buy. The company provide full traceability for their entire range of products allowing customers to see with their support how they are directly benefiting the lives of hundreds of farmers and their families around the world.

"We are always looking at developing the business further and have recently won a number of key tenders and we are currently negotiating a number of new contracts.
