Following a recent networking event, arranged jointly by Sheffield, Rotherham and Doncaster Chambers, Ripley Training and TICCS (The Injury Care Clinics Ltd) are going into partnership to offer training to local employers.

Ripley Training had previously delivered a half-day training course on Managing Attendance, but with the benefit of TICCS' expertise in disability and in managing sick employees back to work, will now be delivering a full day training course on Managing Attendance / Sickness Absence Management.

Lisa Birkett of TICCS said, "We hadn't thought about moving into training at all at this stage, but Ripley Training made it clear that they could use our experience in this area. We are very new members of the Chamber, and it just goes to show how useful these events can be."
