Membership Sales Executive   (Ref: 2010/008)

£19,000 - £22,500 (depending on skills & experience) plus performance related bonus

We are looking for a proactive individual to work as a key member of the Membership Services team. You will be engaging with local business across the city region to identify and develop new membership opportunities.

Candidates will have a business to business background with a strong emphasis on service and customer care whilst being used to working in a target-based environment.  You will have very strong telephone sales skills and an organised approach and be able to communicate at all levels.

You will be responsible for proactively recruiting new organisations and businesses as Chamber members.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who is able to build positive relationships with customers.  Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills combined with an intelligent approach to client engagement and key account management are essential. You will need a good working knowledge of MS Office.

A full driving licence is essential.
