Move More Workplace Challenge back for 2019
In 2018 a record number of Sheffield firms – more than 140 – formed an unprecedented 605 teams and got to their feet for Move More’s Workplace Challenge, which also featured a record 3,200 participants.
The Move More Workplace Challenge is the Sheffield region’s competition to find the most active organisation and encourage the whole city to Move More.
In the month of June the challenge is returning, and Sheffield Chamber are inviting all business in Sheffield to take part! Here, you will go head to head with other participating businesses to see which business mores most!
This challenge is not asking you to run a marathon, Move More is an ambassador for #everyminutecounts. Instead of taking the lift – take the stairs, instead of driving to the corner shop, walk instead. Every minute moving equates to one Move More Minute, which will contribute to your business’ overall score.
How to Take Part
Teams of up to ten people contribute to their organisation’s overall standing.
- Visit www.movemorechallenge.com
- Click on ‘Join’ to register your organisation or login if you are already registered
- Once done you will be invited to find your organisation from a list and then either select or create a team
Once you have your team created that’s it! Share the bespoke url you are given with your team members, download the move more app and you are ready to go.
Once the competition starts on the 1st June, you will be notified by the move more team and will be able to log back in to see how you’re doing.
