About Sheffield Chamber of Commerce

We exist to support, grow and connect businesses in Sheffield.

Established in 1857, we are a membership organisation providing the latest news, events, business advice, support and expertise to the local business community.

We are one of 53 Chambers across the UK who are accredited through our national body, the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC). Together, we represent tens of thousands of businesses of all shapes and sizes, which employ almost six million people across the UK.

We are a voice of the local business community and strive to help shape the region’s business agenda. We work hard to gain the views of our members and to ensure those views are represented through key decision makers in local and central government. Our aim is to ensure that the decisions made are in the best interests of local business and the region as a whole.
