Antony is an experienced director and business consultant with over 25 years experience in the consulting industry. His current role is at Sheffield Hallam University, where he is delivering the Sheffield Innovation Programme (SIP). SIP connects regional SMEs with academics in Sheffield’s universities who provide funded consultancy to those SMEs to solve their technical challenges. Antony also delivers commercial intelligence and due diligence projects for clients, and supports them in accessing funding and investment.
Antony has strong networks across the region and further afield, having worked on projects throughout Europe for a number of years, and likes to think that he is able to connect people and facilitate collaboration.
Antony has been actively involved with Sheffield Chamber for eight years or so, and has seen the organisation go from strength to strength during that time. He is also heavily involved with the Institute of Directors, sitting on the IoD South Yorkshire committee.
Antony is Chair of the Chamber Council, and was previously Chair of the Nominations Committee, which is responsible for identifying and encouraging new council members and the Junior Vice President each year.
