Investing in Health and Wellbeing
As the Government urges employers to do more to keep workers healthy, we are investing in wellbeing services for our staff, members, and the regional business community.
We have partnered with training provider Betterminds to deliver training and support for our employees.

Headed up by Dave Kneeshaw, Dave has worked for over 20 years helping organisations and their teams operate at their best.
Dave founded Betterminds a decade ago to bring innovative wellbeing strategies into the workplace to create optimal cultures in the workplace and also to train practitioners in the social care sector to adopt the best practise to help those they support.
Dave often acts as a consultant for the NHS where he creates and delivers best practise to build resilience in our healthcare providers and works in their most complex treatment settings including brain injury, self-harm, addiction and eating disorders and other complex mental health settings to support those teams and their wellbeing.
Working face-to-face and online, Dave continues to help leadership teams develop strategies to maximise their own and their team’s potential across the US, the Middle East, Africa and Europe
Alongside the training and consultancy practice, Dave runs a busy private practice coaching and offering therapy to his clients across the world. Dave’s reputation and impact have resulted in him working with a wide range of clients including, Glastonbury headliners, premiership footballers and business leaders through to our most valued professional carers including many NHS leaders.
Within his practice, Dave specialises with acutely vulnerable business leaders and practitioners who are often suicidal, have severe stress, anxiety, depression and may be using destructive behaviours such as addiction to manage their wellbeing.
