My remit is to provide first-class, inspiring, and personalised customer service, building rapport with a key focus on membership benefits and customer retention. I will be engaging with businesses of Sheffield adding value and purpose across the membership function.

Your ‘USP’ - what unique thing do you bring to the role that makes you brilliant at it?

Within my career, my previous experience has been around customer service, business development and account management. I am passionate about delivering good customer service and building long lasting relationships.

Why is Sheffield the best UK city to live, work and play?

Even though I am not from Sheffield, I am a Barnsley girl at heart, I have visited Sheffield for years. Kelham Island is one of my favourite places to go and it’s been amazing to see it grow. Me and my family love a trip to Marmadukes, they have the BEST coffee! I also love the music scene within Sheffield, I am a big Arctic Monkeys fan!!
