In this workshop you will pick up practical tips  to manage nerves, join conversations more confidently, and create your own PAC profile (Purpose, Approach, Connection) something you can actually use beyond the session.

By the end, networking should feel a lot more natural (and a lot less intimidating)

What We’ll Cover

• A quick intro to the five key elements (Breathing, Awareness, Content, Presence, Delivery)
• A short, gentle warm-up to settle nerves
• Simple ways to introduce yourself and start real conversations
• Creating your personal PAC profile. Your Purpose – why you want to connect with people Your Approach – how you want to come across Your Connection – the kind of relationships you want to build
• A fun group activity: Discover the Memorable (exploring what makes someone memorable…in a good way of course)
• Sharing ideas and giving each other supportive feedback
• Reflections, takeaways, and certificates

This is relaxed, practical session, no pressure, just real tools to help you connect in a way that feels right for you; and if you want a little more support, you can always bolt on a 40 minute or 60 minute one to one personal coaching call.
