Crips against cuts: the impact of benefit cuts on autistic people

Benefit cuts are impacting heavily on autistic people. The fact that we often struggle to obtain support as our challenges are often / misunderstood is overlooked. These cuts will have a massive impact on people from this cohort.

One of the latest decisions by the Labour government includes significant proposed changes to the disability benefits system.

In this webinar, we’ll explore the statistics and facts behind these proposed cuts, their potential impact on autistic and disabled lives, and the grassroots movements that are actively opposing them.

We’re pleased to welcome Elwyn Knight, who will be sharing their insights and perspectives during the session.

Join us for an important discussion on the future of disability support and how communities are responding.
