Embracing Diversity & Inclusion in Business

Tips to help business focus on how bias, if left unchecked, may impair your decision making process.

In these challenging times, we are seeing the disproportionate impact of COVID-19 on Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic people and have witnessed anti-racism protests around the globe.

As business leaders we have a responsibility to make Diversity & Inclusion business as usual, raising our consciousness of issues that affect our people, customers and communities, becoming less hesitant and more confident on issues that embrace agenda’s around Race, Disability, Age, LGBTQ  & Gender.

This is not just the right thing for businesses to do,  it's the smart thing – research shows that businesses that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace are more productive and more profitable.

Join the second event in this series for a conversation with Sonia Tate MBE DWP Race Equality Lead.

Sonia will facilitate a discussion that will help you focus on how our bias if left unchecked, may impair your decision making process. Join other business representatives in a debate where we hope to share thoughts and feelings that will support you in finding ways to navigate bias so you can create a working environment that truly is inclusive.
