Our relationship with the EU will change – it is now inevitable. Prepare your business and join this informative Q&A session with Nick Patrick, Head of Sheffield Chamber International Trade Centre
Over recent weeks Sheffield Chamber International Trade Centre have been contacting businesses to enquire how confident their preparations are as we approach the end of the UK/EU transition agreement. Many of the chief concerns are the same, regardless of the type of business or sector.
Nick Patrick, Head of Sheffield Chamber International Trade Centre, will be holding a question and answer session, on 9th December at 10.00 AM, to highlight several concerns that have not yet been widely considered, but are crucial to the seamless continuation of importing and exporting from the European Union.
Topics include:
- How your relationship with your customers and suppliers will change from 1/1/21.
- INCOTERMS
- Change of relationship with your freight and logistics partners
- How to process import and export customs declarations
- How to pay VAT and DUTY on imports
- The 3-phase border control system
Our objective is to try and make as many companies in Sheffield aware of how this particular event will change their business, to understand how it will change their customer/supplier relationships and to understand what they need to do immediately to be prepared for 31st December 2020.
If you have questions for your business and would like advice and guidance on how to prepare, we invite you to join this webinar.
