Free Virtual Workshop - Resolving Conflict at work

A free 30 minute virtual workshop to help leaders who run virtual or face-to-face meetings where tension, poor communication or disharmony can get in the way of effective decision making. Additional 15 minutes at end for questions and answers.

This 30 minute session provides insight into the skills used in mediation and conflict coaching and their relevance when managing teams both virtually and face-to-face. 

Participants will gain: 
* Practice of one key skill for de-escalating tension in meetings
* An overview of core skills used in mediation and conflict coaching
* Understanding of how a brief conflict resolution intervention at an early stage allows for effective working relationships to resume, saving HR time over longer periods. 

Three dates are available, places are limited to 8 participants each session.
Priority will be given to Sheffield Chamber members.
