Leadership Unleashed - bold, dynamic celebration of true leadership qualities: those that empower people to thrive and businesses to flourish.

Last year, Leadership Unleashed sold out in under a week. Fifteen leaders stepped forward to share honest, personal stories about leadership as it really is. This year, we’re opening the room again to leaders who are ready to be open, tell the real story, and lead the conversation that matters.

Leadership Unleashed is a peer-level leadership gathering built around lived experience, not polished performance. It brings together senior leaders from across sectors who are shaping organisations, teams and systems - and who are willing to engage openly with what good leadership really takes.

This is not a sit-back-and-listen event.
There is no audience.
You are the conference.

Some participants share stories. Others come to listen, reflect honestly, and contribute to the conversation. Everyone participates. Everyone adds value.

Stories are shared in short, focused snapshots, followed by open, peer-to-peer conversation. No pitching. No panels for show. Just leaders in the room, thinking together.

We’re inviting leaders to submit real, lived experiences that bring these themes to life:

• Making change happen: The things no one prepared you for. The good, the hard and the unexpected.
• The mistake you're glad you made: A moment you learned the most from and how it reshaped how you lead.
• Leading without the badge: How you sparked change without authority, budget or permission.
