Leadership Unleashed is a bold, dynamic celebration of true leadership qualities: those that empower people to thrive and businesses to flourish. Packed with authentic stories, courageous conversations, and powerful insights, it’s a unique opportunity to connect, share, and grow with a diverse network of forward-thinking leaders.

This event is a space to recognise and celebrate often under-appreciated qualities - empathy, authenticity, and collaboration : the qualities that bring out the best in people and unlock the highest commercial impact.

This is not your typical sit-back-and-listen event. Engage in lively networking and hear quick-fire, inspirational stories from experienced CEOs, change- makers, and influential leaders. Speakers

Brian Deane

Former professional footballer and manager with a professional career spanning 21 years over 700 games and 200 goals. 

He played for clubs such as Sheffield United Leeds United West Ham Middlesboro Leicester and Benfica during those 21 years . 

Brian then went into professional football management in Norway’s top flight division , managing Sarpsborg 08 where in the first year he kept the newly promoted team in the division with the smallest budget and the finished 8th in the second season and reached the cup semi-final. 

He attributes the experiences he gained in management as well as playing in the Portuguese league for Benfica one of the biggest teams in European football as very important in terms of understanding different cultures and coping under extreme pressure in a high performance environment. 

He is also a mentor and delivers soft skill workshops on confidence and  leadership with his own individual experiences with a football centric tone.

Laura Jordan Bambach

Laura Jordan Bambach is founder and Chief Creative Officer of Uncharted, a fully-female-founded creative agency that combines the best new technologies with a diverse global community of creative talent.

She is former President and Chief Creative Officer of Grey UK, founder SheSays (the creative industry’s largest global women’s network). 

She’s won Cannes Lions, D&AD pencils, One Show Gold and global Grand Effie in the last two years across gaming, film, social and PR for both local and global brands.

Previous President of D&AD, twice listed one of Britain’s most influential people within the Debrett’s 500, named by The Guardian a “digital female icon” and was one of “BBC’s 100 Women” awarding 100 of the most globally-impactful women of the year, for her services fighting for gender equity in the industry and beyond.

She’s a proud geek, a determined optimist and a believer that creativity can change the world for the better.
