Root & Rise: A Spring Visioning Retreat

Whirlow Hall Farm is delighted to host Root & Rise with Lynn Butler - a full-day seasonal retreat designed to support wellbeing, reflection and gentle personal growth as we move toward Spring.

Root & Rise offers participants a spacious, restorative day of guided practices that draw on nature, mindfulness, energy work and creative visioning. Set within the peaceful surroundings of the farm, this retreat invites guests to connect with themselves, the land, and the emerging energy of a new season.
