Join the three South Yorkshire Chambers for a unique, behind-the-scenes morning at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre, home to some of the UK’s most exciting diving talent.

This exclusive event offers delegates the rare opportunity to watch elite training in action, hear from leading figures in British diving, and gain insight in to the world of a high performance sport team, all whilst networking with businesses from across the South Yorkshire region.

Morning Agenda

9:30am – Guest Arrival and Registration

Early morning networking with tea, coffee and breakfast sandwiches. 

Welcome from the Chamber and Lorenzo Clark - Partnership Manager for Everyone Active Sheffield 

10:15am – Elite Diving Training Showcase

Watch a live training session featuring senior elite divers (including a number of Olympic and World Medallists)!

Coaches will guide you through what you’re seeing, explain the fundamentals of diving, the science behind the dives, and what it takes to perform at the highest level.

10:45am – 10m Diving Platform Photo Op!

If you dare, you can climb up to the iconic 10m platform for a photo overlooking the Olympic-sized swimming pool and diving pit.

11.00am – Talks, Insights & Athlete Meet-and-Greet

We’ll be joined by Tom Owens, Aquatics GB High Performance Coach / 2024 GB Paris Olympic Medallist Coach who will share insights into a high performance culture and what it takes to perform your best when it matters the most.

11.30am – Event Close

Guests who wish to stay longer will have the option to join an informal tour of the centre
