Sheffield Chamber of Commerce and Industry welcome you to our very first event in the wellbeing series!

The pandemic has highlighted the growing importance of wellbeing in the workplace, which not only benefits those who work for the company, but the company itself.

Wellbeing should incorporate all aspects from physical sickness to mental wellbeing, as well as consideration of diverse family situations. This event provides you with access to expert guest speakers who will cover the topics of fostering, managing wellbeing and sickness as well as planning ahead with wills and trusts.

Guest Speakers Include:

  • Sheffield Futures will be talking to you about the importance and value of foster carers for children and young people in care, promoting fostering and providing information on being a foster friendly employer.
  • Phoebe Davies, Bhayani HR & Employment Law will give advice from an employee and business perspective on how to manage employer wellbeing, and managing sickness and absence from a workplace support perspective.
  • Sonny Ullah, Maplebook Wills will discuss succession planning, wills, and trusts, providing the best knowledge on protecting, planning, and passing on.

Taking place in the vibrant, traditional Sheffield landmark; The Library Lounge, the event agenda will be as follows:

10:00am - 10:25am: Foster Sheffield's Future

10:25am - 10:45am: Bhayani HR & Employment Law
