The EDI Toolkit
Join us on 25 May for our Higher Skills Higher Growth (HSHG) EDI toolkit event, designed to support SMEs within the Sheffield City Region to grow and develop.
What can you expect?
The short session will introduce the EDI (Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity) toolkit. This brand-new toolkit is available to businesses for free. The session will provide you with an overview of how this resource can benefit your business and offer an opportunity to discuss EDI challenges with other small and medium-sized businesses from across the region.
Your facilitators
This event will be delivered by Grant Ripley and Fran Ferris-Ockwell from Mantle, who have worked with the Higher Skills Higher Growth team at Sheffield Hallam University, to design and create the EDI toolkit. Grant Ripley is the founder of Slice of Pie.Digital with both Grant and Fran co-founding Family Phone and Mantle. Fran is also a consultant working with business leaders.
In this interactive session Grant and Fran will share their knowledge and experience of business and the importance of successfully implementing EDI into the workplace.
