About the event Sheffield businesses and the international workforce – the benefit of international talent, and how you can hire them.

This event brings business leaders together with stakeholders and legal practitioners to explore the international workforce and how to recruit top tier talent. Designed to be both informative and practical, the session will provide insight into what benefits an international workforce can bring, the recruitment support available, as well as the main immigration routes to facilitate international workers, alongside opportunities for discussion and reflection.

Attendees will hear from Yiyun Ling, Employer Engagement Officer (International) at the University of Sheffield, Nick Gore, Legal Director of the immigration team at Irwin Mitchell and a number of University of Sheffield students/graduates working in the city, who will share their experience, and perspectives highlight current challenges, emerging trends and practical takeaways.

There will be an opportunity for questions as well as networking over a breakfast spread.
