We’re excited to share that 1101 has been named Workplace of the Year at the unLTD Business Awards.

We’re excited to share that 1101 has been named Workplace of the Year at the unLTD Business Awards.

The awards ceremony took place at Peddler Warehouse in Kelham Island, where we joined hundreds of inspiring businesspeople for an evening of celebration.

We were proud to attend in person with a table of 10 team members, all eagerly (and nervously) awaiting the results after being shortlisted for 3 awards:

- Best Business Support or Consultancy
- Best Technology Business
- Workplace of the Year

When our name was announced for Workplace of the Year, the excitement was electric. Our team made their way to the big stage to collect the trophy.

This recognition means so much to us. Over the past year, we’ve grown, stretched, and evolved - all while holding tight to the culture and spirit that make our team who we are.

Creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and inspired has always been at the heart of what we do, and this award is a reflection of that commitment.

Congratulations to all the brilliant businesses celebrated on the night. A huge thank you to the sponsor, TravelMaster, and the judges and organisers for putting a smile on all our faces.

As we head into 2026, we’re excited to build on this momentum and continue creating a culture where people thrive.
