7Legal and Finance, the South Yorkshire-based business which offers clients both legal and financial advice, has appointed Harry Bushell as Corporate Finance Executive.

Harry is an ACCA qualified accountant with a range of experience of working with SMEs. At 7Legal and Finance, Harry will be working alongside Matt Milnes and Chris Sellars on a wide variety of corporate finance projects including business sales, MBOs, fundraising and DD assignments. Harry said: -I am looking forward to building upon my previous experience and being part of the growing corporate finance team at 7Legal and Finance. Outside of work, Harry is a keen mountain biker, enjoys both clay pigeon and game shooting and likes to practise his baking. 7Legal and Finance is authorised by the Law Society under the Alternative Business Structure process.
