The fifth annual Move More Month kicks off next week with the aim of getting thousands of people across Sheffield to be more physically active throughout June.
Commenting on the announcement of the government’s Test and Trace Coronavirus programme, BCC Director General Dr Adam Marshall said:
We live in a noisy world and it’s incredibly important to filter that out to listen to and understand ourselves; what we think, how we feel, what makes us happy, what makes us healthy, and to be able to act on it in a way that works for us.
At Westfield Health we remain committed to supporting your members and their people during this challenging period and are working hard to create resources to help.
How can we all live healthier, longer lives? That is something on many people's minds at the moment and medical researchers at the University of Sheffield want to help you find out how.
We have all experienced unprecedented changes to the ways we live, communicate and work. For many, the uncertainty of the pandemic will cause considerable anxiety and stress. Even after the lockdown has lifted, working from home will be the ‘new normal’.
