A Cathedral Christmas with Sheffield Hospitals Charity

13th December 2024

Returning for a third year on the 18th December is Sheffield Hospitals Charity sell-out event ‘A Cathedral Christmas’, which is going to be hosted once again by the brilliant Reverend Kate Bottley (BBC Radio 2, Gogglebox)!

It’ll be in the beautiful Sheffield Cathedral by talented local artists and groups who are kindly supporting the charity. They’ll be bringing all the festive feels through a wide range of performances to warm you up on a cold December night – so grab a mulled wine, a (free!) mince pie, then sit back, relax and sing along to a range of festive hits and Christmas carols.

This year, Sheffield Hospitals Charity have a very special VIP package which gives guests the opportunity to start the festivities early in the beautiful surroundings of the Cathedral. From 5:30-7:30pm, VIP guests will enjoy pre-event drinks and delicious canapes with guest host Reverend Kate Bottley, before being seated in reserved seating for the main event.

A Cathedral Christmas has been organised by, and is raising money for, Sheffield Hospitals Charity. This Christmas, the charity are focusing on helping people in Sheffield live better with dementia. From providing specialist training and improving in-hospital experiences, to helping people in our communities stay independent for longer – we've got ambitious plans that we are determined to make a reality with your help. All proceeds from this year’s ‘A Cathedral Christmas’ event will go towards making this possible.
