A New Chapter at Benchmark HQ

5th October 2015

There's the dawn of a new era at Benchmark HQ as Rob Shaw is promoted to Sales Director.

Rob will form a new partnership with Managing Director, Louisa Harrison-Walker to further develop the recruitment firm. Rob's appointment comes as he returns to Benchmark following a year's adoption leave. Rob is set to help drive the business forward and continue to offer businesses an unrivalled recruitment and retention service. -Our new Sales Director is undoubtedly a creative force in the office, so I am delighted to be working closely with him to take Benchmark into its 10th year. We're a close knit team and Rob is a popular individual here, as well as with clients and candidates - so the new development has been well received, said Louisa Harrison-Walker, Managing Director at Benchmark. -This is my third year at Benchmark and, in my new capacity as Sales Director, I am focused on delivering and developing the Benchmark proposition. With businesses thriving in the region, I am more driven then ever to continue to find the right cultural fit to marry quality candidates to quality companies - helping people find the jobs they love as much as I love mine, said Rob Shaw, Sales Director at Benchmark. The new structure of the company comes following Amy Tingle's departure from the company - after a phenomenal nine year partnership Amy has decided to invest time in nurturing her young family and supporting her husband's business.
