Access Group increases cloud footprint with acquisition of TeamSeer

Team management solution adds a further 40,000 subscribers to the Access aCloud platform London, UK 18 April 2013 Access Group (Access) has acquired the award-winning SaaS-based staff planner and team management solution, TeamSeer, significantly increasing its aCloud subscriber base.

Purchased for an undisclosed sum, TeamSeer is Access' ninth acquisition in recent months and has over 300 customers across well-known brands including Saatchi & Saatchi, McCann Erickson, Legal & General Investment Management, Hogg Robinson Group, Hitachi, Siemens and the New York Stock Exchange.
