AMRC Supply Request to Support Manufacture of PPE Visors?

The Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC) has contacted The Sheffield Covid-19 Business Response Group to provide assistance in the search for the supply of plastics to manufacture visors for NHS frontline supply. The AMRC have already manufacture

The following plastics are the preferred supply required PET, PETG, Polypropylene, Polystyrene (GPPS) and PVC. Other options will be considered if the plastic is optically clear, flexible and resistant to chlorine dioxide (for decontamination purposes). Maximum dimensions needed are 1245mm x 710mm with a thickness of 0.5mm – 0.8mm.
