Apprentice Graduations at Inspec Solutions

25th November 2021

Congratulations to Inspec Solutions’ first intake of apprentices, Alex Coleman and Anita Kudelko who graduated on the 4th of November 2021 from their degree apprenticeship in BEng Electrical Engineering after 4 years of study – we couldn’t be prouder!

The impact of apprenticeships on our business has been huge and we celebrate the graduation of our apprentices as they move on to the next stage of their career with Inspec Solutions. Following in Alex & Anita’s footsteps we have another 5 apprentices moving through the apprentice program and we anticipate more in 2022 as our business grows and we continue to invest in developing our future talent.

Apprentice Mentor, Jane Stockton Wood said, “Our partnership with Sheffield Hallam University is invaluable. Alex and Anita have gained practical engineering experience while they’re supported through their degree at Sheffield Hallam University.   It’s incredibly exciting to be supporting this group of young people as they embark on careers in the Control Systems industry.”

Anita said about being a woman in a traditionally male environment, “Having the opportunity to be able to champion under-represented groups in control engineering is one of the most enjoyable parts of my apprenticeship, hopefully by doing well, it will encourage other women into the industry.”
