Auxilion Support Everest Basecamp Trek

30th June 2023

Dale Walton of Sheffield based company Auxilion will be trekking to Everest Basecamp this coming November to raised funds for Sheffield based charity, Paces

Auxilion, one of the Sheffield Chamber of Commerce Premium Partners are continuing to give back to the local community by supporting Paces, a charity based in Chapeltown supporting children, adults and families living with Cerebral Palsy and other motor disorders.

Not only are Auxilion one of the leading business and technology companies operating across UK&I, with their UK head office at The Workstation here in Sheffield, but they regularly support local charities like Paces.

This November one of their staff, Dale Walton is taking on the challenge of a lifetime.

Dale will be joining 10 other intrepid explorers taking on the challenge of a multi-day trek to the iconic Everest Base Camp.

This bucket list expedition aims to raise a total of £45,000 for the Sheffield based charity, and Auxilion have been instrumental in not only donating money to the cause but helping to spread the word about Paces and the vital work that they do for children, adults and families all across Yorkshire.

Auxilion are amongst a select few businesses who are Premium Sponsors of the Everest Base Camp trek, and one of the standout rewards is to have their logo on a custom flag that will be placed at Everest Base Camp itself.

Paces have recently launched a new campaign to encourage schools, businesses and anyone interested to have their logo, a personal message or a custom design on one of the flags that will be taken by the group up to Everest Base Camp. More information about the Flags for Everest project can be found here.

The generous support of businesses like Auxilion help charities like Paces, to continue the vital work they do for people in their community.
