Award Winning Agency Goes from One Man to 40 in Just Three Years

12th May 2014

Lead generation company Fluent Communication experienced a 25% increase in growth in the last month.

It appointed eight new members of staff which included senior and junior roles, making it one of the fastest growing multi-channel customer contact agencies in Yorkshire. One of Fluent's newest recruits is Cathy Hinsley as office manager. She is set to take charge of process, procedures, HR, marketing and business administration making her a key component in the company's journey to becoming Yorkshire's number one agency of choice. Cathy comments, -It's such an exciting time for Fluent - the growth plans are ambitious but definitely achievable with the impressive client list and high calibre of staff it has. -I'm looking forward to being a part of the team and helping them to continue their journey to success to grow from one man working from his mother-in-law's dining room to a state of the art office in the centre of Sheffield is already quite extraordinary. Fluent specialise in both outbound and inbound customer contact, social media and digital marketing and to say they are fairly new on the scene, their client portfolio is big enough to compete with most including some of the biggest business and consumer brands in the UK. Jonathan Edgeley, CEO of Fluent Communication explains: -Our client base is rapidly expanding so we have welcomed the opportunity to grow our team to support this. It's great to share my experiences with the younger members and to see how they develop into superb sales and marketing professionals. -As for Cathy she is an asset to the company already, not only is she bringing invaluable management experience into Fluent but she is also an experienced marketer. It's great to have her on board!
