B. Braun strikes gold with Investors in People award

Braun Medical Ltd is celebrating a hat-trick of gold awards after being recognised with Investors in People (IiP) Gold accreditation for the third consecutive time. It places the South Yorkshire-based company in just two per cent of all IiP-certified organisations nationally to achieve the award and demonstrates the company's exceptional levels of people management practices, innovative approaches and support for people to be at their best in contributing to and delivering the organisation's ambition. B. Braun Medical Ltd has been accredited by IiP since 2001. It was first awarded IiP Gold in 2012 and retained the accreditation in 2015. The latest accolade follows a rigorous assessment including an online survey and interviews with a wide range of B. Braun employees. The results place B. Braun Medical Ltd above the IiP average and significantly above the industry average. To celebrate and reward employees' efforts, all staff have been presented with a 'golden ticket' which entitles them to an extra day of annual leave. Based in Chapeltown, Sheffield, B.
