Baldwins Omega was established by David Baldwin in 1980, 28 years on Baldwins Omega remains a family owned business and continues to offer a luncheon or banqueting experience that can not be matched in Sheffield or its surrounding areas.

Our reputation has been built on excellent food and wine and impeccable service. Mr Baldwin highlights a piece of advice from the first chef he worked for: "Pick it fresh, cook it today and serve it today. If you haven't, then chuck it in the bin". And that's the theory he continues to refer to. Our chefs create menus that cater for both traditional and modern tastes, and every care is taken in their preparation.
