BCC Provides Opportunity for Businesses to Join Virgin Atlantic Trade Mission to India

Local businesses seeking the opportunity to grow their trade in India are being invited to apply to join a Virgin Atlantic trade mission to Mumbai.

Virgin Atlantic Little Red and the British Chambers of Commerce have partnered together to offer members of the Accredited Chamber Network the chance to join the high profile trade mission to India. The three-day trade mission supported by UK Trade and Investment and UK India Business Council will take place from 7th October. To enter, businesses are being asked to demonstrate their approach to growing export business in India. They are also being asked to show how their business would benefit from the trade mission. The five successful businesses will win free return flights on Virgin Atlantic from London Heathrow to Mumbai as a trade mission delegate, as well as connecting flights from Manchester, Aberdeen or Edinburgh on Virgin Atlantic Little Red. They will receive access to all events during the three day trade mission programme to explore the business opportunities in Mumbai. Key highlights of the trade mission include a market briefing hosted by Virgin Atlantic and two high profile networking events in conjunction with UK Trade and Investment. Delegates will have networking opportunities with local businesses as well as with India-based UK business organisations. Our goal is to facilitate an increase in trade between the UK and India through business to business dialogue.
