Bhayani Bracewell Delighted to Welcome HR Specialist, Flora Jafarzade, to its Team of Experts.

19th September 2013

Flora brings with her almost a decade of experience of advising companies on a wide range of employment law and HR matters including conducting grievance and disciplinary hearings, HR training and coaching, TUPE and restructures, redundancy, sickness and performance management and outsourced HR service.

She is a member of the world's largest, and most prestigious HR and development professional body, The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Having previously held management and HR positions in businesses, including in the fields of conservation and volunteering, Flora joins Bhayani Bracewell from Voluntary Action Sheffield and has particular expertise in advising charities and social enterprises, as well as businesses. Jay Bhayani, partner at Bhayani Bracewell, says; -I am really pleased that Flora has joined us.  She is a real people person with a true belief that that they are at the heart of business and life.  She has seen employment issues from all sides and always develops fantastic working relationships with her clients.  She fits Bhayani Bracewell's ethos perfectly, skillfully guiding clients to their preferred results, whilst highlighting and managing the risks along the way.  I am sure our clients will find her skills, as well as her contribution to our HR Exchange and charity/not for profit HR forums enlightening. Bursting with enthusiasm and a love for life, Flora spends the little spare time she finds with her family, walking cycling and listening to music.   A lover of the outdoors, she is also a self-confessed tree-and plant geek!, but in inclement weather, she can be found glued to the sofa feeding her obsession with 'the latest boxed set'! Flora can be contacted on 0114 272 1884 or by email at flora@bhayanibracewell.co.uk.  www.bhayani.bracewell.co.uk
