Blades Secure the Solution for LED Perimeter Boards

6th April 2018

The Blades will have a new look to the pitch surrounds at Bramall Lane next season.

The Club has committed to installing LED perimeter boards around three sides, transforming the look of the stadium.  The system will create an exciting advertising platform for the Club, its partners and add to the fans' matchday experience. The Club has worked with stadium technology specialists Stadia Solutions, whose work has seen LED systems deployed by many Premier League and Championship clubs.  Techfront UK has supplied the state of the art bespoke perimeter system. Work has already begun on the manufacture and installation process. Sheffield United Head of Commercial Paul Reeves, said: -We have spent considerable time and effort securing the right perimeter deal and this is a further demonstration of our continued commercial development of the Football Club. We're looking forward to bringing LED technology to Bramall Lane to add value to our current and future advertising partners. Stadia Solutions Commercial Director James Cook, added: -It has been a real pleasure to work closely with Paul and the team at Sheffield United to deliver the system that is absolutely right for the Club both now and in the future.  We presented a variety of options that the market place has to offer which allowed the club to make a technological and commercially informed decision. Brands and businesses interested in learning more about the LED advertising options with Sheffield United F.C. are advised to contact the Club by emailing commercial@sufc.co.uk
