Bonus Scheme Rewards Hard Work of Evoluted Team

10th February 2016

Since our humble beginnings in 2006, our talented team have been helping us to grow Evoluted into one of the UK's leading web development and digital marketing agencies.

We remain thankful to each member of staff for their ongoing commitment and dedication. To help show our appreciation, we've always tried to make Evoluted a place where our team feel comfortable and valued in their work. From encouraging creative freedom, to facilitating fully-subsidised team nights out, this approach has helped the company to prosper. As a result of the positive working environment that's been created, we've enjoyed fantastic staff retention. A real comradery has been created amongst our team; promoting a familiarity that allows them to work synonymously with each other. A number of team members even remain with us from the company's original formation in Chesterfield, so we're confident that our approach is working. The company continues to hit new heights as a result of this stability. As our reputation has grown, so has our base of clients - and a big part of this has been down to the work of our team. As such, we always make sure to share in the financial rewards of the company. We do this through our annual bonus scheme. This is based on the performance of the company during the year in question. At the end of 2015, the final sum equated to a 20% pool of the net profit generated from client work since the previous festive season. This was split evenly amongst our team: Reflecting on the company's approach, our Managing Director Ash Young had the following to say: "As we continue to see Evoluted enjoy new successes, we understand how important it is to share in the rewards of the company with each team member. Each individual we employ brings their own unique talent to the business. "We appreciate how this enables us to offer an increasingly diverse range of services that are ultimately helping us to continue expanding. We feel it's only fair to reward the team off the back of this." The 2015 bonus came at the culmination of what was another fantastic year for Evoluted. We were delighted to receive a nomination for the Sheffield Business Awards; whilst we were also invited to join Google's exclusive Adwords Elevator programme. Behind these highlights was the hard work of our team - and there were plenty of exciting new projects for our staff to get stuck into. As ever, these included website builds for a diverse mix of local and national companies. Some of the stand-out clients we worried with throughout last year included: Pryor Marking Madrid Fly Made by Talented Off the Shelf Dove Properties Decorative Aggregates Twisted Burger Company In 2015, we also made the decision to expand the digital marketing branch of the company, which resulted in a number of other new clients coming on board with us. They've since found themselves benefiting from a mix of the SEO, copywriting and PPC account management that our Digital Marketing Executives have carried out. Looking forward, we're now excited to see what the rest of 2016 brings. As we remain focused on driving the company to new heights, we'll continue to do all we can to help our clients grow. We're also keen to identify opportunities to hire more exceptional talent from the local region. If things progress as we hope, bonus time come the end of 2016 should once again be great news for the Evoluted team! www.evoluted.net
