Bramall Lane set to host charity match showdown
29th May 2019
Two leading regional businesses will swap office attire for football kits next week when they take to pitch at Bramall Lane to support a number of local charities.
Staff at regional estate agency Redbrik will take on a team from building consultancy Monaghans on Thursday 30 May at the home of Sheffield United to raise money for North Anston-based Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice, St Luke's Hospice and The Children's Hospital Charity. The match, which will kick-off at 18:30, is the second charity game Redbrik have organised with last year's event raising more than £1,500 for three nominated charities. Supporters are invited to watch the game from the Platinum Box at Bramall Lane, with hospitality provided after the game. Redbrik director Mark Ross said: -Last year's event was a great success when we played against Sheffield United Women and even better we won! -The pressure is most definitely on this time and we are very much looking forward to the big match against Monaghans and raising as much as possible for three fantastic charities.
